Michael Marx, VP of Visa U.S.A. Research Services, will discuss current payment industry and demographic trends and the evolution of consumer attitudes toward plastic and debit use. He’ll also share insights about increasingly savvy consumers and what they’re demanding from their payment cards. He’ll provide an overview of how Visa utilizes consumer information to guide new product initiatives.
Mr. Marx is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and will share with us groundbreaking Visa research efforts that have contributed to its remarkable success.
