The 2006 MDMA Holiday Charity Fundraiser

It is a tradition of the MDMA to have the past president use the December program as a time to raise money for a charity of his or her choice. This year, Mark Keefe, president of Primenet, chose the Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance (MOCA) to be the beneficiary of the money raised. The event included a silent auction, raffle, live auction, carolers, great food, and excellent company. Attendees also had on opportunity to hear from two representatives of MOCA, who shared stories and talked about the foundation’s dedication to research and raising awareness for the disease.
The MDMA is very pleased to announce that, at the close of the evening, $7,100.00 had been raised. Thank you to those who donated items for the silent/live auction and to the winning bidders of those great items. To learn more about MOCA, visit www.mnovarian.org.
